About the role

We are currently looking for a versatile Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring across our Data, Product, and Corporate functions. You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership teams, ensuring we find high-quality talent at pace.

What you'll be working on

You will partner closely with the Data, tech, product and corporate function leaders to evaluate hiring requirements, lead the search and recommend a quality and inclusive shortlist of candidates.

You will own the full cycle of the hiring process: job qualification, pro-active sourcing (direct approach via LinkedIn and emails, networking, referrals), interviewing, selection, and closing of key talent

You will deliver a world-class, end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will monitor, maintain and proactively report key recruitment metrics.

What you'll need to be successful

You are well-rounded: you'll have experience partnering closely with Product, Data and Corporate function teams.

You work at pace: You will have previous experience recruiting in start-up / scale-up companies within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We deliver quality at pace!

You know what GREAT looks like: You will have a positive and ‘roll up your sleeves’ - attitude to take the recruitment lead and have the space to make suggestions to elevate our recruitment function. We hire GREAT talent.

You know how to measure success: You are numerate, analytical and metric-focused

You are one step ahead: You will have demonstrable skills in proactively building talent pipelines outside of organic applications

You will be someone who’s actively curious about how AI can enhance your work - keen to experiment, learn quickly, and apply tools that improve productivity, streamline tasks, or unlock new ways of thinking. Whether you’re already hands-on or fast building confidence, you take ownership of staying ahead and working smarter.
