About KeyStep

KeyStep aggregates thousands of live job listings from multiple sources into one clean, searchable feed — so you spend less time hunting and more time applying.

How it works

#

Every three hours, KeyStep automatically fetches fresh job listings from three major sources, normalises them into a unified format, and stores them in a database. When you search, you're querying that pre-built pool — so results are instant, with no live API calls on every page load.

  1. 1Cron job runs every 3 hours across 10 keyword categories
  2. 2Jobs are fetched from Adzuna, Reed, and USAJobs
  3. 3Duplicate listings are identified and merged
  4. 4Jobs older than 90 days are automatically removed
  5. 5You search the clean, deduplicated pool in real time
