About the team
Product Sales is a team of deep functional and technical specialists who both lead and advise on deals for the most strategically important products in Stripe’s portfolio. Stripe is investing in building out its Capital Product Sales team and as the Global Head of Capital Sales, you will be a critical part of the leadership team driving the growth of the Capital on a global scale. Few roles provide such a direct impact on the growth of a top company priority.
What you’ll do
As the Global Head of Capital Sales you will lead a team of high-performing sales executives while helping them deliver on ambitious targets for Capital.
We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving complicated problems with limited oversight.
Ideal candidates will have sales management and leadership experience bringing a new product to market, scaling a technology sales team, excellent communication skills, and a knack for understanding customer needs.
Responsibilities
Recruit, develop and lead a team of product sales executives focused on the Capital business
Create go-to-market plans and solutions to meet our customer needs, in collaboration with Product, Sales, SDR, Finance, Partner and Marketing stakeholders.
Manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics.
