WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking to add a Financial analyst to our growing Finance team. This is a key hire for our organization as we continue to scale our FP&A function. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical and excited about working in a fast-paced environment.
Main responsibilities
Own the Marketing budget, forecast, and long-range planning process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
Develop and maintain Marketing spend forecasts, incorporating pipeline plans, campaign timing, and expected ROI
Partner with Marketing leadership to model scenarios related to spend changes, growth initiatives, and performance trade-offs
Support LRP and AOP planning by translating revenue targets into Marketing investment needs
Act as the primary FP&A business partner to Marketing leadership, including VPs and Directors
Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakehol
